Credits, explained
AskCV uses a two-pool credit system. Your included credits come with your plan and replenish on a schedule; top-up credits are bought separately and carry over between cycles. Included credits are spent first, so you never burn paid credits before your plan allowance.

Plus includes $20 and Premium includes $50 in agent credits per billing cycle — replenished each month on the monthly plan, or provisioned up front as a 12× pool on the annual plan. Included credits are spent first, before any top-up balance.
Top-up credits carry over
Buy extra credits anytime on a paid plan. Top-ups are separate from your monthly allowance — they don't expire and carry over between cycles as long as your subscription stays active.
Transparent overage, not surprise bills
Once included credits run out, additional agent operations continue at the AI provider's passthrough cost plus a small markup (~1.5x) and are metered to your Stripe invoice in real time. Every operation shows up in your billing dashboard with the exact model, tokens, and cost — you can set an auto top-up cap to stay in control.
Downgrade preserves your balance
Cancel anytime — your published resume page, links, and profile stay live on the Free tier. Any unused top-up balance is preserved on your account and unlocks again the next time you resubscribe.
